Our vision: Our vision is a comprehensive diabetic management center with a cafe with diabetic approved items, an on-site childcare center and personalized diabetic management by both licensed providers and dieticians and lab work available same day.
Our Mission: To lower the bar to access care. Our plan is to accept all insurances and no insurance at all. We will be funded by a grant that will allow us to provide care for patients who are uninsured and do not qualify for Medicare of Medicaid.
Location: We are located in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina. Conveniently located just one block from the state capital building. We offer easy parking with appointments available from 6am-8pm Monday thru Saturday.
