Our approach
We aim to improve care for diabetic adults in Wake County, NC. We understand the challenges many patients face in managing their diabetics while balancing work and their personal life. Our innovative office includes personalized diabetic management (MD, NP, PAs and Dieticians) to help craft a plan of care for you. We have on-site childcare with no appointment necessary and an on-site cafe to showcase healthy options.
